One Commodity, and How We Operate

We handle dried galangal in two formats, slices and whole or chunk rhizome, and nothing else. The reason is simple. A supplier that sells one product can cut it to your brief. A supplier that sells everything sells from a list.

We operate as an export desk with verified production partners. We do not claim to own every mill and drying yard behind the material. This structure has a trade-off, and we state it directly: we do not control the production floors ourselves. Instead, the control sits in 4 places. A written specification is agreed before allocation. A reference sample is approved by you. Test results come from the current lot. You have the right to appoint an inspector before loading.

Buyers who have received the wrong material from a supplier that "owns its own factory" understand why this arrangement protects them. A supplier that owns a mill can still ship the wrong cut. A supplier that wrote down the cut, showed you the sample, and let your agent inspect the shipment has given you evidence you can enforce.
