What the Request Form Does
The request form on this site does not send your details to a server and does not store them in a database. When you submit it, your entries are assembled into a message and opened in WhatsApp on your own device. Nothing is transmitted until you send that message yourself. You can edit or discard the message first.
Once you send it, the message reaches us through WhatsApp and is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices, which are outside our control.
Information We Receive When You Contact Us
When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to include. Typically that is your name, company, contact details, and the commercial details of your inquiry. We use this information for one purpose: to answer your inquiry and, if the inquiry proceeds, to fulfill the resulting order. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Where an order proceeds, some of that information must reach the parties involved in fulfilling it. Examples are a freight forwarder, an inspection agency you appoint, or the authorities that issue export documents. This sharing is limited to what the shipment requires.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not embed third-party advertising scripts.
How Long We Keep Inquiry Information
Inquiry correspondence is kept while it is commercially relevant. It is also kept for as long as Indonesian law requires export and accounting records to be retained. Records tied to a completed shipment are kept for the statutory retention period that applies to them.
Your Requests
