Who operates this site

What the request form does
The request form on this site does not send your details to a server and does not store them in a database. When you submit it, your entries are assembled into a message and opened in WhatsApp on your own device. Nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that message yourself, and you can edit or discard it first.
Once you send it, the message reaches us through WhatsApp and is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices, which are outside our control.
Information we receive when you contact us
When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, company, contact details, and the commercial details of your enquiry. We use it for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it proceeds, to fulfil the resulting order. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Where an order proceeds, some of that information necessarily reaches parties involved in fulfilling it — for example a freight forwarder, an inspection agency you appoint, or the authorities issuing export documentation. That is limited to what the shipment requires.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not embed third-party advertising scripts.
How long we keep enquiry information
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is commercially relevant and for as long as export and accounting records must be retained under Indonesian law. Records tied to a completed shipment are kept for the statutory retention period that applies to them.
Your requests
You can ask what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed for an active order or required by law. Send the request to the export desk on +62 813 2725 5570.
Links to our division sites
This site links to cocoexportindo.com and galangalsupplier.com, which are operated by the same company but published separately. It also links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Pages you reach by those links are governed by the privacy terms published there.
