Specify the Input to the Korean Process
Identify which machine handles the rhizome first and which piece size needs manual preparation. Record the fragments, the oversized material, and the sorting during the trial. A recognizable whole shape is not always the most useful input for a reduction line.
If extraction is planned, name the trial objective and the required test results. This implies no guaranteed potency and no permission for the finished category. A raw chunk specification cannot settle those downstream questions.
Ask the processor which raw-input observations it can make before reducing the sample, and which need a later laboratory or production run. Record those stages separately, with the sample identifier and the preparation method. You can then discuss piece suitability now. Any unverified output specification or analytical requirement stays open for a separate decision.
Keep the Facility Records Separate From Format Approval
