The Commercial Question First, Then What Import Requires
The Question That Comes Before Any Procedure
Before reviewing the procedure, state what importing is meant to solve: a different specification, a second origin, or a customer origin requirement. Compare the proposed material with your existing reference under the same acceptance criteria.
We do not claim that Indonesian material is inherently better. Request the offered specification and a representative sample, with confirmation of what lot it represents. Use the parameters relevant to your process to judge the comparison.
A backup-origin qualification and an immediate volume order can have different quantities and timelines. State which you need. Your importer must confirm the requirements for the actual product and facility; neither a sample plan nor a backup-source plan removes that review.
Registration Before the First Shipment
The facility registration status for this proposed supply has not been verified on this page. Before a shipment commitment, request the actual facility identity, any required current registration record, covered product scope, and confirmation of product eligibility from your importer. Do not treat an inquiry or quotation as evidence that registration is complete.
Shipment-Level Control
Ask the importer to confirm the declaration, inspection, food safety, plant-health, and certificate requirements for the actual dried product and intended use. Agree the test scope before commitment. A test panel prepared for another destination does not by itself establish compliance for China.
