Kosher, and What Else Applies at the Border
Our Stated Certification Position
We do not currently hold kosher certification. Do not interpret this product page as an offer of certified material. If certification is mandatory for the intended channel, establish the requirement before proceeding.
We also do not currently hold halal certification. It is not a substitute for kosher recognition. Ask the body recognized by your customer to state the applicable scope and process; we do not promise approval or a certification timeline.
For a channel without that certification requirement, the product, identity, sample, documentation, and import review still apply. Absence of a customer certification requirement is not an exemption from other obligations.
Confirm Import Eligibility and Required Permissions
Ask the importer or broker to confirm entry eligibility and the food safety, plant-health, testing, and document requirements for the actual dried product, origin, processing, and intended use. This page does not establish admissibility or a universal certificate requirement.
Do Not Substitute One Certification for Another
Ask your customer which certification body, scope, and recognition it requires. Do not assume one religious certification, declaration, or material description meets another system.
Any proposed certification or segregation work needs a separate feasibility review and appropriate approval. This page does not confirm that an existing lot or facility can qualify.
Resolve the Applicable Gates Before Commitment
Resolve the actual certification and permission requirements with the customer and importer before committing to a shipment. Responsibilities depend on the applicable rules and agreement, not a blanket assumption that all gates belong only to the buyer.
