Make a Culinary Trial Repeatable
If a kitchen or food manufacturer steeps and removes the slices, ask it to record the preparation and handling, not only whether it likes the aroma. If the cut stays visible in a pack, evaluate a representative range of pieces, not one selected photograph.
Use the same sample reference when the buyer, the distributor, and the final customer discuss the order. A second team must not approve a different appearance after the packing and the price are agreed.

Name the final approver and keep a retained reference. Record the sample date and the observations used to accept it.
Provide the receiving address, the requested label wording, the pack weight, and the order volume. State who approves the final pack artwork, if needed.

Yes. Describe that intended use in the inquiry. Review the full visual range and the packing proposal with your buyer. A sample photo does not guarantee identical pieces throughout a lot.
Should We Request Slices If We Will Grind Everything?
Usually no. Compare the whole or chunk option first. A defined slice is most useful when its cut removes a preparation step or supports the finished presentation.
