Separate Piece Appearance From Processing Value
Ask whether your customer needs recognizable whole pieces or an input that its cutter or mill can handle. Define the permitted fragments and the useful dimensions against the sample. These are different objectives, not two interchangeable grades.
For processing, record the preparation effort and any rejected fraction. For resale, ask the final customer to approve the appearance. Neither decision establishes a finished powder or extract specification.
When the order is split between resale and processing, obtain an acceptance brief for each use. Identify the pieces needed for presentation and the input range useful to the mill. Then ask whether separate allocations are possible. The processor's tolerance for fragments must not silently replace the resale customer's agreed whole-piece appearance.

Use SFDA's clearance guidance with your Saudi importer to review the raw item and the required shipment details. If a finished powder is made after arrival, keep that later product separate from the whole and chunk material being offered.
