Confirm the Importer Requirements
Ask the importer or broker to confirm entry eligibility and the food safety, plant-health, testing, and document requirements for the actual dried product, origin, processing, and intended use. This page does not establish admissibility or a universal certificate requirement. The Saudi Arabia page offers related buyer-preparation context, not a ruling for Kuwait.
Match the Pack to the Actual Order Unit
If customers order individual units rather than a pallet, explain how the material will be split, stored, and relabeled. Assess both an original sealed pack and any controlled repacking plan.
Repacking is not automatically the cause of a problem, and a sealed outer alone does not guarantee protection. Agree hygiene, traceability, and handling responsibilities for the actual chain.
Plan the Customer and Lot Allocation
Where one shipment serves multiple customers, request a feasible pack-size and lot-allocation plan before ordering. Availability and additional costs must be confirmed.
State the expected storage and handover period. Any remaining shelf-life requirement needs supporting evidence and agreed conditions, not merely a promised number.
Trial the Intended Distribution Pack
A trial can use the proposed distribution pack if availability and cost are confirmed. Define what is being evaluated: product fit, pack handling, traceability, and customer acceptance.
Halal: Our Stated Position
We do not currently hold halal certification. This page does not offer certified material or infer recognition from the botanical nature of the product.
If halal certification is mandatory for a customer line, resolve that requirement before approving a sample or committing to a shipment. Do not proceed as though certification were a packing formality.
